A better framing of rejection

These folks do a good job of penetrating people's fuzzy thoughts about why rejection could suck. And proceed to frame rejection in a better, manageable light.

Won't comment on them, I think the message is clear enough - now for the reader to go ahead and apply for the job, ask that person out etc.
